I am Maria! I am from Valencia and work here as an English teacher and as an official guide!
What are my passions?
I am a lover of everything related to food and wine, especially when it is typically Valencian! On top of that, I can also tell you everything about Valencia’s culture, history and traditions! Do you, like me, also like good food and wine?
What is my favorite tour and why?
As I told you before, I am a big lover of everything around food and wine! As a favourite tour, I would choose any food related tour! If I really have to choose, then I would pick the Mercado Central Tasting Experience, as it has both food as wine tastings, inside the biggest food market of Europe!
What is my favorite Valencian food and drink?
My favorite dish is the Paella Valenciana, the real Valencian Paella! I also really like sepia. As for drinks, my favorite drink is (good) wine, especially paired with good food and good company!
