The Meeting Point and Route
You will meet your local host in front of Horchateria Santa Catalina. The map shows you the exact location where to go to before meeting him/her.

Let’s start with a nice Vermouth!
The famous central market – Feast your eyes in Europe’s largest food market and get ready for a tasting of the real acorn fed iberico ham and cheese!
Tasca Angel – An authentic bar full of locals, where they serve the best(and freshest!) sardinas of Valencia, and some other typical tapas as well!
Agua de Valencia – Now it is time to taste some of the Valencian ‘water’! Enjoy this popular local drink, made in the traditional way, in an authentic bar!
La tasquita estrecha – See the narrowest building of Europe! The whole experience will come to an end here, but not before enjoying some last local tapas, drinks and the local ‘cazalla‘!

verjaardagen vieren in Valencia
In mei vierden we onze verjaardagen met een paar dagen in Valencia.
Omdat we zelf hobbykoks zijn wilden we graag een rondleiding met de focus op ….eten !
En dan niet langs de toeristenhokken die je overal tegenkomt, maar leuke authentieke Valenciaanse gelegenheden.
Een rondleiding door een local was voor ons perfect. De gids vroeg vooraf of we ook nog andere info over de stad wilden hebben, en op ons “ja” pastte hij direct zijn rondleiding aan en kregen we een geweldige rondleiding waarbij culinair genot afgewisseld werd met historische info.
Doordat je geen deel uitmaakt van een grotere groep, maar het geheel op jou afgestemd wordt kan je de snelheid en de onderwerpen bepalen.
Het was super, en we raden iedereen aan om als je in Valencia bent, zo’n rondleiding te doen.
Luxe tapas tour
We hadden vandaag een luxe tapastour van Allesandro. We waren maar met 2 dus hadden alle aandacht. Hij had veel bijzonders te vertellen en had duidelijke uitleg. Lekkere originele tapas. Super tour en de communicatie vooraf was ook top.
Hebben onze tour s’ochtends nog om kunnen zetten.

Great Tour
We had a great time on a tapas and wine/beer tour with Maria.
We sampled some great food, learnt about the city and enjoyed some local drinks.
