I am Laura! As a true Valencian, my family taught me that all the important things happen around food and a table! Next to food, I can also tell you everything about Valencia!
What are my passions?
One of my passions is to play the violin. I also love cooking, travelling, discovering new things, cultures and cities. I love the moments and the joy cooking and food gives me!
What is my favorite tour and why?
My favorite tour is by far the Tapas and Sightseeing tour! It has everything in one tour, Valencia’s gastronomy, sightseeing, history and local culture in one!
What is my favorite Valencian food and drink?
For me, Paella Valenciana is my favorite food from here! It is an emblematic dish, part of Valencians culture. And of course, I love to pair this with a good wine!
