Who am I?

Hi, I am Valentin! I am from France, but living and working in Valencia for years already! 

What are my passions?

I am a very sportive person, I likefootball, but also wild sports such as canyoning! I also love to discover new food, restaurants and craft beers! Fallas, a traditional Valencian celebration, is also something I am really interested in. On top of that, I love to show people Valencia’s food and local traditions!

What is my favorite tour and why?

My favorite is definitely the Authentic Tapas Tour! If you are into food, or if you just like to discover some nice places to eat and drink during your stay, then this tour is perfect for you. It is a great way to discover the Valencian and Spanish gastronomy, and also to discover restaurants that are full of locals instead of tourists!

What is my favorite Valencian food and drink?

My favorite drink is Agua de Valencia and my favorite tapa is Escalibada!

Because I can show you Valencia through the eyes of someone that is not from Valencia, but has been living in Valencia for a long time! For me, nothing is ‘normal’, so I can give you some interesting insights! Also, I am a real foodie, so if you are into food, then we would be a great match as well!
